Do you ship Internationally?
Yes! – please see ‘Shipping’

How will my order be sent?

U.K Postage is sent tracked by Royal Mail Special Delivery, or delivery in person for large sculpture/custom commissions.
International items are sent by Parcel force – tracked so we know where your orders are. Please also see ‘Shipping’ below for more details.

How long until it’s in my hands?

All UK orders of jewelry, and small/medium paintings/prints aim to be dispatched within 24 hours (on orders placed before 4pm) on a next day signed delivery service.
UK orders for sculpture and custom commissions aim to be dispatched within 48 hours (on orders placed before 4pm) on a next day signed delivery service.

Europe and worldwide orders for sculpture and custom commissions aim to be dispatched within 48 hours (on orders placed before 4pm) with approximately 7 days or less delivery time. Please enquiry directly for more accurate delivery times on specific items. See individual listings for more accurate information.

Colour

I have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of all products that appear here on the store. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee that your phone or computer monitors display will accurately match the items true colours. If you have any concerns about an item coordinating with your room, please do message me directly as I’m always happy to help, and I very much understand how important it can be to get things just right.

Materials

All materials are of the absolute highest quality available. All silver/gold is genuine sterling/fine/9ct/14ct/etc as described in the item’s description.
All precious stones are genuine and natural, never lab grown.

Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, I offer full refunds for unworn, unused, undamaged, or defective merchandise, with all tags intact and claimed within 7 days of arrival of the parcel. All refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.

The original shipping charge will not be refunded. Any return postage charges are paid at your own expense. To return a product please begin the process using the enquiry form under ‘contact’.
All returned items must be sent via tracked /recorded delivery.

Damaged in the Post / Slow Post / Disappointing Post.

During peak times like Christmas, things can happen that are totally out of my control. Post can take longer and occasionally unfortunately damage sometimes occurs. I always want my customers to feel good – so please if you have any concerns at all please contact me and I will do all I can to help.
